Norma to host exclusive test in southern France for LMP3 Cup racers
As it plans to field cars in the 2018 Henderson Insurance Brokers LMP3 Cup Championship, Norma Auto Concept has booked exclusive use of Alès Cévennes circuit in the South of France for potential customers to come and try its double-championship winning M30. Norma is happy to offer laps in the car for no cost to drivers, with just insurance needing to be covered, and it envisions two runs per driver, dependent on demand.
The car won both the Michelin Le Mans Cup and IMSA Prototype Challenge this year and is quickly proving a popular choice for teams and drivers. With careful planning ensuring no clashing of dates between the LMP3 Cup, European Le Mans Series, and Le Mans Cup, teams can run cars across several championships.
Two M30s from ELMS and VdeV outfit Duqueine Engineering will be made available for all-day running on November 16th, while Norma can also make arrangements for its simulator to be utilised on November 15 for individuals to learn the circuit and adapt a seating position.
Alès Cévennes is a multi-layout circuit with a 2.5km technical and a 2km speed option, some 13m wide. It is able to host running from 08:00 – 20:00, ensuring full day track time. The circuit is accessible from several local airports: Alès Cévennes, Montpellier, and Beziers, which offers flights to and from Luton.
To register interest, please contact Thierry Germanovitch of Norma Auto Concept on +33 (0)5 62 41 83 63, or email@example.com
